ALOE VERA

(SALVIA)

FOR FEVER:

Mix 2 Tablespoons fresh pulp with 1 glass of hot water before breakfast, lunch and dinner. Take the pulp mixture for 3 days.

If condition is very serious, bathe feet for 10 minutes in 5 liters of hot water with 1 cup of sea salt mixed in.

*Do Not Consume Dairy Products

NOSE ALLERGIES,  COLD

Blend total aloe leaf without thorns with one glass of water.  Drink this before each meal.

*Aloe Vera contains no iodine

CLAY

FOR  ASTHMA,  BRONCHITIS & ENFYSEMA

*This treatment also purifies bronchials from smoking.

~ Dig up 3 – 4 cups of clay from your backyard.  Mix clay with hot water, knead like bread.  For better results boil the water with fresh eucalyptus leaves. Apply hot as the patient can take it to the chest as a poultice 1 cm thick.  Cover immediately with towel and cover patient to keep warm.  Leave on for 40 minutes.  Remove. Patient must rest for at least 1 hour. 

Do this 3 times a week for 3 months ~

PEPPERMINT

                       FOR PINWORMS, PARASITES, OXUROS

*These are common among those who consume a large amount of dark sodas and bread.

Boil 20 grams peppermint with 1 liter of milk for 15 minutes.  Put liquid in a bucket big enough to put your bottom into.  Sit in it for 20 minutes.

FOR TAPEWORM OR PINWORM

Take 30 fresh pumpkin seeds before each meal (1/2 dose for a child)

Drink peppermint tea all day.

*Do not consume sugar

Do this 15 days for Pinworm, 30 days for Tapeworm

*Parasites can create or aggrevate an asthmatic condition.  Thus when asthma is present…check for parasites.

FOR BAGS UNDER THE EYES

Mix 5 peppermint leaves with natural yogurt.

Leave under eyes for 30 minutes.  Can apply daily.
